We’re looking for the qualified candidates for below positions

SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Schneider Supplier Quality Management)

• Manage Quality Management System of supplier.

-  Build audit program, Implement regular audit on Quality Management System.

-  Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to CVN and CVN’s customer.

-  Review status of non-conformities of system, products.

• Monitor supplier performance.

-  Regular review performance of supplier (Defects Per Million external, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)

-  Regular review the performance of product requirements on potential products.

• Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality

-  Training/guide for supplier apply tools, programme that required by Schneider Electric.

• Follow up regularly the action plan built after the visit or audit
• Follow up G8D for any issues
• Evaluate first component, change or modify mold/Jig
• Implement improving project.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electric Engineer or any related field
• At least 3 years experience in Process Quality / Process Manufacturing. Priority for experience manage supplier.
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Possess knowledge in Moulding/ Process Audit/ Risk Assessment

TEMPORARY ACCOUNTANT PAYABLE (6 MONTHS)

Responsibilities:

• Check invoice quantity, prices...against Purchase Request, Purchase Order and post the invoices daily in SAP system
• Review aging overdue list and propose payments schedule.
• Work with Supply Chain & Purchasing department to solve the variances between invoice and Purchase Request / Purchase Order.
• Reconcile the balance between general ledger and sub-ledger AP accounts
• Perform AP reconciliation between Clipsal Vietnam book and suppliers’ statement.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation
• Communicate AP process to Clipsal Vietnam employee if required
• Follow and clear down payment.

Requirement:

• University or College degree in Accounting/ Finance
• At least 1 years working experience
• Experience in SAP system
• Fluent in oral and written English

TEMPORARY PROCUREMENT ANALYST (6 MONTHS)

Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase order
• Transfer material to vendor via SAP transaction code 
• Pull in/Pull out material
• Follow up outstanding Purchase Order with local vendors
• Solve/Response to vendors regarding material issue related to quality, performance, shortage in production
• Report following current process.

Requirement:

• University or College degree in Industrial engineering, Industrial system engineering, Supply chain management, Logistics or any related field
• Knowledge and experience with SAP system.
• Possess knowledge in Factory manage inventory, Vendor consignment, Kanban.
• Good at computer skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in oral and written English

TEMPORARY PRODUCT ENGINEER (6 MONTHS)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for qualifying parts/products in according to project schedule.

+ Ensure FAIR, Cpk, test report of parts/ product available and acceptable

+ Ensure 4M to be signed off by related manager priority to MP approval.

• Ensure technical specification translated to quality checklist.
• Works closely with project team to commit on qualification timeline with the assistance of PE coordinator.
• Ensure master samples are available.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduated engineers with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background 
• Prefer 1 years experience
• Able to read technical drawing

TEMPORARY CASH MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (6 MONTHS)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Payment process

+ Input and upload overdue aging list to HSBC net

+ Prepare LC docs and bank registration documents

+ Do collection clearance and post payment transactions in SAP

+ Solve issues with suppliers/customers if any

+ Ensure all payment transactions are 100% correct with proper documentation

• Cash management

+ Maintain & update Cash flow forecast

+ Perform bank reconciliation

+ Responsible for monitoring loan status with Bank

+ Main contact point with bankers

• Ad hoc reports:

+ Able to support General accountant and Financial analyst to prepare monthly ad hoc reports

• Short term loan activities.
