Field Application Engineer Job Description
Job scope:
- Design circuit and research for electronic solutions
- Consult/assist customers in electronic applications design and solutions.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies plans to win business
- Assist sales team to identify prospects and new business opportunities
- Plan initiatives to help drive business growth
Field Application Engineer Job Duties:
- Good understanding about Electrical/Electronic components/designs, for helping customer to have a correct/cost effective selection.
- Able to write newsletter and suggest strategic parts/products
- Follow up closely the project’s stage as well as customer to increase win rate.
- Find new projects and potential customers to increase market coverage and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain and build a good relationship with the customers to achieve individual sales targets as well as sales team targets.
- Liaise with related departments to make sure prompt product delivery, good technical services provided to the customers.
- Update project sales database, submit the reports and forecast on time.
- Work with suppliers on Business reviews and strategy.
- Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels at all times.
- Carry out any other related duties & responsibilities as required by company.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
- Over 1 year of experiences in electronic field, project sales, working in engineering /manufacturing Company and commercial knowledges are advantaged.
- Good command of English (level from 600 TOEIC or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, excel, power point.
- Enthusiasm and team work.
Compensations
- Attractive salary (base salary will be reviewed in December 2018 based on performance appraisal conducted jointly by management in Vietnam and Singapore. Thereafter your base salary will be reviewed annually and effective on1st January of each calendar year

Working time/location:
05 days/week: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm at HCM city.
