KỸ SƯ BẢO TRÌ

Mô tả công việc:

-          Thực hiện công việc bảo trì, bảo dưỡng máy móc theo định kỳ

-          Lập kế hoạch bảo hành, bảo trì và tổ chức thực hiện

-          Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể trong quá trình phỏng vấn

Yêu cầu chung:

-          Ưu tiên sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Cơ điện, Kỹ thuật nhiệt, Công nghệ kỹ thuật nhiệt, Công nghệ nhiệt lạnh.

-          Có kiến thức nền tảng về Cơ điện, chuyên ngành về Công nghệ Nhiệt – Lạnh (kỹ thuật điều hòa không khí, kỹ thuật lạnh)

-          Đọc hiểu bảng vẽ, thiết kế và điều khiển các mạch điện cơ bản ứng dụng trong ngành Nhiệt lạnh

-          Thành thạo các phần mềm Autocad 2D

-          Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, đọc hiểu các tài liệu chuyên ngành tốt

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Main duties:

1. General tasks

• Support to manage the production operation system, mainly on technical points
• Contribute to all of specific factory activities such as AM, 5S, Kaizen…
• Contribute to build up the standard system such as FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO …

2. Safety

• Orient and achieve the target of zero lost time incident
• Routinely conduct task safety analysis with Production team
• Contribute to build up safety system such as CSR, HIRARC …

3. Quality

• Manage the quality online to ensure that the product’s quality is consistence and match with quality’s objectives
• Follow up and improve the hygiene condition in the production area
• Support to check and revise the forms, work instructions, procedures and ensure that the staffs are strictly followed up

4. Productivity

• Manage OEE% with Supervisor to ensure that OEE% reaches the factory’s target
• Follow up downtime, un-planed stoppage, production loss … follow department objectives
• Support to build up management system by training online

5. Improvements

• Self-manage the mindset about continuous improvement
• Continuous improvement the quality, safety, productivity

6. Reports

• Prepare and send monthly report to Process Manager / Packing Manager on time
• Manage the production process (process & packing) parameter
• Report to Process Manager / Packing Manager any abnormal and solving status of machine immediately and cooperate with relative departments to solve problems properly

Requirement:

• Preferred food technology degree, with fresh graduation and continuous on challenge period (6 months)
• Good English reading, writing, speaking equal C level
• Good management skills (leadership, coaching, teamwork and problem solving)
• Can use Ms. Words, Excel, Power Points
• Good communication, presentation skills
